New Member Showcase

Even though we haven't met in person for a while, we've had a number of new people join us. We'd like to invite everyone who is new, or who hasn't shared work, to show us your work so that we can meet you more fully. 


To participate in this show, you should be one of:

  • A new member in the last two years

  • A member longer than that who has never presented at any member mini-show (even if you have hung prints in physical shows). 


These will be mini-shows: 

  • Up to 15 photos/5 minutes

  • Since we're trying to get to know you, please take a minute at the beginning to tell us about yourself: who you are and your history/interest in photography. 


To participate

  • Email Marshall at mpgoff@gmail.com

  • Rename your photos using your full name followed by a number (eg, Marshall_Goff_01.jpg, Marshall_Goff_02.jpg)

  • Resize your photos so they are 1920 pixels on the long side.

  • Submit your photos using the DropBox link below by February 24th.

Guidelines

Here are the submission requirements for participating in this New Member Showcase mini show.


Who Can Participate

Any member who has joined in the last two years may submit photos as can members who joined prior to that but who have never participated in a mini=show before (it's fine if you have participated in a print show).


Number of Images

You may submit up to 15 images. These should be images that best showcase your work as a photographer. You can select images related to a single theme or you can opt to show us the breadth of your work. When selecting images, keep in mind that you will have a maximum of 5 minutes to present during the online session.

 

Naming Convention 

First Name_Last Name_Sequence Number.jpg    

For example: Marshall_Goff_01.jpg, ... Marshall_Goff_15.jpg


Please be use to use a leading zero before numbers less than 10. 


Image Size

Images should be jpegs with the longest side set to 1920 pixels.


Submit Via DropBox

Use the button to the right to submit your images. Please log out of your personal DropBox account before uploading.

Rules

You must be a paid up for 2021-2022 member to participate. Please pay your dues now if need be before uploading images to DropBox.
